- Emergency card replacement for travelers
VCCS can replace a lost or stolen Gold card (with a temporary plastic).The card may be delivered directly by secure courier, or through an emergency service location, anywhere in the world. The service provider must ensure that the cardholder is properly identified, to initiate card replacement for cardholders who are traveling and have contacted them directly.
- Emergency cash disbursement for travelers for up to USD 2000
VCCS can deliver to the Gold cardholder, or authorize a local service agent to deliver to the Gold cardholder, up to USD 2,000 of emergency cash, depending upon the cardholder’s needs. Cash should only be disbursed to cardholders who satisfy the terms and identification standards.
- Medical and legal referral
These services are to be made available when the Gold cardholder is traveling outside their principle country of residence. These services are provided by International SOS Ltd (ISOS).
- If Gold cardholder cannot see a doctor when traveling, ISOS will arrange for the provision of Medical advice over the phone.
- ISOS will provide referral to Lawyers and Legal Practitioners. The Gold cardholder will have to pay any legal fees or related charges.
