In view of the Chairman's and First Deputy Chairman's strategy to enhance BA's staff and branch manager skills, the Retail Banking Division has organized the First "Annual Branch Manager Meeting" in Ain Sokhna. Intensified training will be conducted for staff members and branch managers to enhance their skills in the fields of management and leadership, negotiation, marketing, and customer service using the advanced training techniques.
