» service price:-
Customer will pay a fixed fee per each bill that they choose to pay Via the ATM.
Fee per bill is 4 LE & Telecom Egypt (3 LE).
NO fees are applied for mobile top up nor bill inquiry. |

» How to use the service? |
|
BOA customers have to follow the hereunder procedures through using their Debit Cards (only) over BOA ATM machine .
- Select "Fawry & others" from the ATM screen after entering pin code.
- Choose "Fawry Payments", then Select Bill Payment or Mobile Recharge
- Check the billers list and enter biller code that is available on the screen (Biller is the company that will be paid)
- Enter reference number such as mobile number you need to pay for (in case it is a mobile operator that was chosen in the first place as a biller) .
- Payment details such as due amount due date etc. will appear .
- Choose the payment option that will appear (pay full amount or pay different amount).
- Enter the amount that the customer wish to pay.
- Screen will appear contains the full payment details (the amount, for which biller and for which mobile number ) .
- Confirm the payment.
- Receive an ATM payment receipt.
- Recive SMS confirmation message.
