In case of employees:

• Copy of national Id
• HR letter stamped by work /verified by bank including social insurance no.
• Bank statements for the last three months.(If available).
• Recent utility bill.

In case of Self employed / professionals

• Copy of national Id
• Valid taxation card stamped by last tax declaration
• Valid activity license or commercial register.
• Company contract.
• Balance sheet for last two years & recent financial statement.
• Personal / Company bank statements for the last 6 months.
• Work premises' rental / ownership contract & utility bill.

Required property documents:
Units in new urban communities:

• Land allocation & receiving decision
• Letter from the New urban communities defines the financial condition of the land   
• Permission from the New urban communities to  mortgage the unit without the land 
• Construction Licenses

Units inside the city:

• Land / Property Registered Contract.
• Construction Licenses.
• Form 19 from notary office.
• Property taxation certificate
