For the Second Year … ALEXBANK organize Customer Satisfaction University Award Competition
ALEXBANK in cooperation with American University in Cairo and German University in Cairo organized the customer satisfaction university award competition for the second year, the competition aims to encourage students who have creative vision from one side and emphasizing the banks’ commitment on social development activities from the other.
12 students participated in the competition which organized in all Intesa San Paolo subsidiaries, Students were selected among large number of nominated students who studies economic, Statistic , Mathematics, Engineering, Management and Communication Science. The students selected by head of voice of customer office, retail and human resources divisions’ representatives based on number of criteria set by Intesa San Paolo head office, the criteria include English Knowledge, exam score and Previous Study/ Internship experience.
In the final phase and After evaluating the participated projects, the bank organized a ceremony day to celebrate the winners in attendance of Mr. Deputy Chairman for Business, Mr. Deputy Chairman for Governance, head of Retail division, head of customer satisfaction office in Milan, head of voice of customer office, in addition to partner universities’ representatives.
