- The Campaign is valid for a limited time from 19th till 23rd of April 2026.
- The campaign includes ALEXBANK Mastercard credit cards (Platinum & World) only.
- Customers to contact 19033/19044 during campaign only to benefit from the offer.
- Minimum total Spending amount is EGP 10,000 during campaign period.
- Cashback up to 10% will be calculated based on the below tiers only:
Total transactions amount during campaign period Cashback amount From EGP 10,000 to EGP 49,999 EGP 1,000 From EGP 50,000 to EGP 99,999 EGP 5,000 From EGP 100,000 and above EGP 10,000 - If you spend EGP 25,000 (Tier 1): customer gets EGP 1,000 Cashback
- If you spend EGP 49,999 (Tier 1): customer gets EGP 1,000 Cashback
- If you spend EGP 70,000 (Tier 2): customer gets EGP 5,000 Cashback
- If you spend EGP 99,999 (Tier 2): customer gets EGP 5,000 Cashback
- If you spend EGP 100,000 and above (Tier 3): customer gets EGP 10,000 Cashback.
- The customer gets a fixed cashback amount depending on the spend tier.
- Maximum cashback amount: EGP 10,000.
- Offer is valid for ALEXBANK customers holding (Platinum & World) credit cards.
- There is no condition on Minimum or Maximum amount per transaction.
- Supplementary credit cards will be added to the primary credit card and maximum cash back amount will be applied on all customer cards under the same account.
- This campaign will not be available for invalid, suspended, and/or delinquent cards.
- Cancelled, refunded, misuse, loading wallets, commercial and advertising transactions are not included in the campaign.
- Governmental transactions, tax payments, fines, utilities & subscriptions are excluded from the campaign.
- The bank shall not be liable for any disputes or controversies between the cardholder and the merchant regarding the commodities or service purchased by the credit card. The bank is not a party to such relationships.
- Cashback will be credited 10/05/2026.
- Last day to credit the cashback 30/05/2026.
