Enjoy a fast and seamless shopping experience when using ALEXBANK Cards on Apple devices and complete your purchases securely.

Download the latest version of the ALEXBANK Mobile App.
Log in using your Face ID or username and password.
Go to “My cards”, choose the desired card and click on “Add to Apple Wallet”.
Accept the Terms and Conditions.
You are now ready to use Apple Pay.
You can add multiple ALEXBANK cards to Apple Wallet and select a default card.

Add your card manually through your iPhone.
Open the Wallet app on your iPhone and tap the (+) button, select Credit or Debit Card.
Scan your card or enter the card details manually (card number – expiry date)
Enter the 3-digit security code (CVV) located on the back of the card
Accept the Terms and Conditions.
Enter the OTP sent via SMS to the mobile number registered with the bank.
You are now ready to use Apple Pay

With iPhone
double-click the side button, authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode, then hold your device near the POS contactless reader to pay.
With Apple Watch
just double-click the side button, then hold your device near the POS contactless reader to finish your purchase.
Online or in-app
When purchasing online or in-app, tap the button of Apple Pay, confirm your billing and shipping information, then authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.
