Mobile Application & Internet Banking

Terms & Conditions:

• Campaign duration will be from 7^th of December 2025 to 31^st of December 2025.
• Only targeted customers in the campaign will be eligible for Carrefour Vouchers when they perform the required call to action.
• Targeted customers will be eligible for Carrefour Vouchers when they register, login and perform at least 1 transaction via ALEXBANK Mobile & Internet Banking during the campaign duration.
• Carrefour Vouchers values are up to EGP 400 based on customer group.
• Carrefour Vouchers Codes will be sent to customers via SMS on two batches as follows:
  • 1^st batch on 18/12/2025 – Customers performed the required call to action from 7/12/2025 to 15/12/2025
  • 2^nd batch on 08/01/2026 – Customers performed the required call to action from 16/12/2025 to 31/12/2025
• The bank reserves the right to modify all or some of these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion.
• The bank may take necessary actions, at its sole discretion, to modify and/or cancel the vouchers from customers if there are doubts about the registration and/or login process, or any suspicion regarding the executed transactions, including repeated transfers between specific accounts/cards.
• The bank may, at any time and at its sole discretion, take necessary actions to cancel or modify the vouchers or any related benefits for any reason, in accordance with the bank’s policies.
• The vouchers are valid for two weeks from the date of receipt.

  • 1^st weekend on 5^th and 6^th of December
  • 2^nd weekend on 12^th and 13^th of December
  • 3^rd weekend on 19^th and 20^th of December
  • 4^th weekend on 26^th and 27^th of December
• Any ALEXBANK customer who performs the required number of transfers during the weekend (Friday and Saturday) and meets the campaign’s terms and conditions will be eligible to win the vouchers.
• Carrefour Vouchers’ value is EGP 500.
• Winners will be selected based on the customers who make the highest number of transfers during each weekend (Friday and Saturday) that meet the campaign’s terms and conditions within the specified period.
• The winners’ cap will be as follows:
  • The top 500 customers per weekend (2,000 in total for the campaign duration) with the highest number of transfers via ALEXBANK Mobile and Internet Banking and/or Instapay application.
• Winners’ transfers are subject to the following conditions:
  • A minimum of 20 transfers via Mobile and Internet Banking and/or Instapay application
  • The minimum value of each transfer must be EGP 400, whether conducted through Mobile and Internet Banking or Instapay.
  • Transfers made through ALEXBANK Mobile and Internet Banking must be to accounts outside ALEXBANK
  • All available transfer types in Instapay are included in the winning criteria.
  • Transfers between the same customer’s accounts are not counted as eligible transfers.
  • Fawry payments and bill payments are excluded from the winning criteria.
• Winners will receive their vouchers via SMS as follows:
  • on 11/12/2025 for winners from 05/12 & 06/12
  • on 18/12/2025 for winners from 12/12 & 13/12
  • on 25/12/2025 for winners from 19/12 & 20/12
  • on 04/01/2026 for winners from 26/12 & 27/12
