- The bank may, at any time and at its sole discretion, take necessary actions to cancel or modify the vouchers or any related benefits for any reason, in accordance with the bank’s policies.

Terms & Conditions:
- Campaign duration will be from 13th of November 2025 to 30th of November 2025, as below
- 1st weekend on 14th and 15th of November
- 2nd weekend on 21st and 22nd of November
- 3rd weekend on 28th and 29th of November
- Any ALEXBANK customer who performs the required number of transfers during the weekend (Friday and Saturday) and meets the campaign’s terms and conditions will be eligible to win the vouchers.
- Tseppas Vouchers values are EGP 400 for Mobile & Internet Banking Group and EGP 300 for Instapay Group.
- Winners will be selected based on the customers who perform the highest number of transfers during each weekend (Friday and Saturday) that meet the campaign’s terms and conditions within the specified period.
- The winners’ cap will be as follows:
- The top 250 customers per weekend (750 in total for the campaign duration) with the highest number of transfers via ALEXBANK Mobile and Internet Banking.
- The top 500 customers per weekend (1,500 in total for the campaign duration) with the highest number of Instapay transfers.
- Winners’ transfers are subject to the following conditions:
- A minimum of 6 transfers via Mobile and Internet Banking.
- A minimum of 12 transfers via Instapay.
- The minimum value of each transfer must be 100 EGP, whether conducted through Mobile and Internet Banking or Instapay.
- Transfers made through ALEXBANK Mobile and Internet Banking must be to accounts outside ALEXBANK
- All available transfer types in Instapay are included in the winning criteria.
- Transfers between the same customer’s accounts are not counted as eligible transfers.
- Fawry payments and bill payments are excluded from the winning criteria.
- Winners will receive their vouchers via SMS as follows:
- Winners from the 1st and 2nd weekend will receive their vouchers on 28th of November 2025
- Winners from the 3rd weekend will receive their vouchers on 5th of December 2025
