Summer Internship Program

This is to announce the launch of our Virtual Summer Internship Program for University Students ( LEAP by ALEXBANK 2024)  that will take place in collaboration with our strategic partner The Egyptian Banking Institute, the formal training arm of the Central Bank of Egypt, and our partner that shares and fosters our common values and commitments of creating an endless learning journey and success within the Egyptian Community. 

For decades ALEXBANK has committed to provide the summer internship opportunity to Egyptian Students, and in 2020 a brand was created of a virtual Internship program that crosses the boundaries of location, gender, ability and accessibility. LEAP by ALEXBANK was born to provide a strong mix of technical and interpersonal knowledge to students, as well as a dose of our values as an organization. 

LEAP by ALEXBANK aims to prepare future generations for their professional endeavors from the very beginning of creating a resume and setting up a LinkedIn account up to flourishing future minds with core banking insights. This in addition to infusing their awareness of Intesa Sanpaolo Group and ALEXBANK's products, services, values and achievements. The part about ALEXBANK is presented by Volunteering ALEXBANK managers who dedicate their time and knowledge to help the students. 

Every year a new topic relevant to the banking sector priorities also is introduced. “Overcoming the challenges of Covid-19”, “EGYPT 2030 Vision”, “Diversity & Inclusion” and “The New Gen Z: Voice & Mind” were the unique themes provided during the internship program ever since the start of LEAP in 2020. 2024 LEAPers will go through a journey of widening their perspectives and the entrepreneurial spirit, ultimately bringing about innovation and creativity to the bank industry - under the new theme of “Generative AI and the New Gen Legacy”!
