ALEXBANK Signs a MoU with The Egyptian Food Bank

Strengthening its commitment to environmental responsibility and food security, ALEXBANK, a bank of Intesa Sanpaolo Group, has embarked on a new strategic partnership with the Egyptian Food Bank, managed by the bank’s CSR and Shared Value team under the project “Their Nourishment Today is Their Future Tomorrow,” aimed at reducing food waste and supporting vulnerable communities.

Through this collaboration, ALEXBANK supports communities in need by promoting the reuse of surplus food and raising awareness about food waste, while emphasizing the importance of supporting marginalized communities that lack access to healthy food sources, particularly school children who require proper nutrition.

The MoU was signed by Mr. Paolo Vivona, CEO & Managing Director of ALEXBANK, and Mr. Mohsen Sarhan, CEO of the Egyptian Food Bank, affirming a shared vision to strengthen food security and deliver tangible support to those most in need.
