Terms & Conditions:

• Campaign duration will be from 11^th of March 2026 to 31^st of March 2026.
• Only targeted customers in the campaign will be eligible for La Poire Vouchers when they register and log in to ALEXBANK Mobile & Internet Banking during the campaign duration.
• La Poire Vouchers values up to EGP 500 based on customer group.
• La Poire Vouchers Codes will be sent to customers via SMS on two batches as follows:
  • 1^st batch on 17/03/2026 – Customers performed the required call to action from 11/03/2026 to 16/03/2026
  • 2^nd batch on 02/04/2026 – Customers performed the required call to action from 17/03/2026 to 31/03/2026.
• The bank reserves the right to modify all or some of these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion.
• The bank may take necessary actions, at its sole discretion, to modify and/or cancel the vouchers from customers if there are doubts about the registration and/or login process, or any suspicion regarding the executed transactions, including repeated transfers between specific accounts/cards.
• The bank may, at any time and at its sole discretion, take necessary actions to cancel or modify the vouchers or any related benefits for any reason, in accordance with the bank’s policies.
• The vouchers are valid for two weeks from the date of receipt.
• The voucher is valid for one-time use only.
