Terms & Conditions for Banking Bundles
General Terms & Conditions:
- The bank reserves the right to modify/cancel any of the bundle elements at any time, after notifying the customer through all bank communication channels.
- The bundle fee is deducted monthly from the customer’s account. The bank reserves the right to amend the bundle fee at any time, after notifying the customer through all bank communication channels.
- The bundle fee is deducted from the customer’s account whether the customer has/hasn’t utilized all/some of the bundle elements.
- If the customer exceeds the limits set for the bundle elements to which he is subscribed, the normal fees announced in the bank's schedule of charges will be applied to transactions/services that exceed the bundle limits.
- The terms and conditions in this form are an integral part of the terms and conditions in the account opening form signed by the customer, which includes the terms and conditions for the products and services offered in the bundle and any new updates thereto.
- In case of customer complaints, the customer should immediately contact ALEXBANK’s contact center on 19033, or by visiting the nearest branch, or through visiting the customer rights protection office to submit a written complaint (while maintaining the complaint’s reference number for follow-up on the related response). The bank is obligated to respond to the complaint within 15 working days from the date of receiving the complaint, except for complaints related to external parties, where the customer will be informed of the necessary period for studying the complaint. In case the customer’s complaint is accepted, the bank will notify the customer within 15 working days from the date of receiving the response. In case the customer does not accept the bank’s response, they must notify the bank within 15 working days from the date of receiving the bank’s response, including the reasons for non-acceptance, so that the complaint can be re-examined by the bank, and a final response will be issued to the customer within 15 working days, accompanied by appropriate and clear justifications if the response does not change. In all cases, the customer does not have the right to revert to the Central Bank of Egypt before submitting a complaint to ALEXBANK and not receiving a response within the specified period.
Insurance Terms & Conditions:
- The collected premium from the customers in any month covers the customer for the next month only (i.e., clients subscribed to the Bundle in Jan, 2026 will be insured throughout Feb, 2026 after the Bundle subscription is fully paid), and so on.
- Insurance coverage drops, if the client misses payment of any given month; the client will not be insured during the next month.
- Eligibility for Compensation: The insured shall be entitled to compensation only if the insurance premium relating to the month in which the accident resulting in death or total permanent disability occurred, being payable in the preceding month has been fully paid at the time of the occurrence of such accident.
- This service is provided for customers from the age of 21 up to the age of 65.
- This insurance cover is provided by Iskan Insurance Company.
