As a Private customer, you will receive 1,000,000 welcome points which you can redeem through ALEXPOINTS program.  

To become a Private customer: 

Maintain minimum total credit balances of EGP 5,000,000 (or equivalent in other currencies). In case the account balance falls below EGP 5,000,000, you will be able to enjoy Magnifica services starting EGP 750,000.

In case the total average balance falls below EGP 750,000 for three consecutive months, a monthly service charge will be deducted to maintain Private status. Should the account remain below the mentioned eligibility criteria, the Bank will reallocate the relationship to the best suited segment.
